The unit does just what I expected it to do. The installation went quicker than we were told and two weeks in I have no complaints. I would like to give kudos to the salesperson and the installer, both of whom were friendly and efficient.

Excellent. I really love this aftermarket setup, which we installed on an older Venza to make it safer for our student child to drive. We paired the JVC receiver with camera, love it!

Great radio except for one minor problem where using google maps with the Lyft app the radio drops the signal and has to be rebooted.

I like the radio itself, I chose this one specifically because the screen is super responsive and quick. The interface isn't too complicated and it had apple carplay. Well I can't get the carplay to work since getting it installed, it was only installed a few weeks ago and it already stopped working. It isn't powering on at all. I waited 3 months for the install appointment, now I have to wait another few weeks for the repair appointment. it's just really inconvenient and a hastle. I even have the total tech membership, everyone ive dealt with is really nice but the process just takes forever, transfer after transfer on the phone and waiting for appointments. I can't tell if the actual radio itself is the problem or the service, but its dissapointing

Not as easy to use as pioneer systems. Had to reset it a number of times

This was installed in a 2000 Toyota tundra and it fit perfectly. Great way to go from low tech to modern convenience.

I was very happy with it until last night it just stopped working. The fuse is fine it just quit working. I am going to call them and make a appointment for them to check it out

It works great but I had a problem with the clock not staying at the right time. I had to find the solution online because I couldn't get an appointment for at least a couple weeks. It was an easy solution I had to go into something like RCA and turn it off.

Best Buy did the install and awesome fast job. I had a stock radio in my 18 Ram and love all the features it comes with

Josh is super professional very helpful and great at his job. He is always super busy but somehow manages to do a great job and keep his commitment of satisfaction and time obligation. He always knows what is going on when everyone else there sometimes doesn’t have a clue.

sometimes the android auto won't work and right now I'm having problems interfacing my phone and the receiver

Have been very happy with my new Jvc. Had to have my son setup spotify and Bluesville but it sounds great. Love being able to talk on the phone hands free also

Great product, even though I returned it and gotten better once there was a very excellent product. Just wanted a couple more features in the one I got.

The stereo works fine. No perks. Does the job.
