Its a great radio and i would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

This was my birthday present to myself. This was supposed to be an upgrade-- really it isn't. The unit works well. However, the installer was completely rude to me, was late and ignored my instructions abou USB placement twice. Ignoring me twice, he placed usb ext in the glove compartment against my wishes and that limits my use of AA (the upgrade I wanted) because I dont travel with my phone in the glove compartment, and the glove compartment is difficult to open regardless of whether the cord is hanging out of it. This sorry installation was done at the Columbus Ga BB. I'd advise avoiding installation at that store. I have no intentions of using this store again because it was such a bad experience from pickup to installation. It's been two weeks and I still think about the poor treatment. For services like this, the technicians should know how to listen the customer. I did not get the installation I wanted, and the fact that it was a free installation doesn't make up for it at all.

Got it as an open box and it works great! Some stuff missing but didn’t need it anyway.

Had the car stereo installed after waiting 7 weeks for an appointment and they scratched up the dash when they took the molding off to put the car stereo in and lost the air intake slider, Everything seemed fine until I tried to use hands-free calling and to my surprise, it doesn't work. I tried to schedule a time to bring it back and now another 3 to 4 weeks. Is this who you want servicing your car audio needs?

Works great but the screen is junk. Washes out in daylight and forget trying to read it with sunglasses on. No combination of brightness and contrast helps.

He went above and beyond what he had to do. He was informative and knew what he was talking about.

Nothing special here, the wife doesn't like it. The time keeps resetting, not sure if it was installed correctly or if the time was set incorrectly when installed. Not user friendly for the wife's car.

Didn't install the Sirius component, wasn't told it was not included. I thought it was included. Also crack my Dash. He said was sun damage that caused the damage. Other then those problems all was great

Works perfect for what I need, calls come over crystal clear and the navigation works perfectly.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Bought and installed. Within 2 weeks the screen went blank and would do nothing. Returned and exchanged it for another one. This one lasted about 4 days. Screen freezes, can’t listen to the radio because all it does it omit a high pitch screeching sound and you can’t shut it off without turning the if ignition off. Will be returning for a refund and buy something better.
