Clunky and junky

Volume buttons are hard to see and are completely touch based. I still think certain functions should be knobs. But the worst part is that the product won't display the proper time. You can set it to the proper time but then a day later it will be an hour ahead, and the minutes are also off. Surely a defective unit but also points to bad QC. I'd probably not buy a JVC again.

Time and money spent for absolutely nothing

When I came for the appointment which they had me listed as a no-show they hadn’t ordered the harness or wiring kits. So then I got the information and ordered it myself online. The radio harness kit and wiring kit. I come in for my next appointment they say that appointment was canceled. Also the components were sent to different stores so another appointment was made for May 15. I checked my account online they told me again the appointment was canceled and that I had picked up the components which I had not. So in the end I spent three hours in the store and two hours on the phone and got nothing. No car stereo no installation just a hassle.
