We purchased this item for my son's are about 2 years ago. Within a few months the head unit was defective and Best Buy replaced it under warranty. That unit lasted about a year and a half and now no longer works again. I would not purchase this unit.

I’m having a problem with echo in my system when I call certain people they get feed back a echo in the call

The quality is not the best but still do his work.

Still trying to figure it out. But I do like the gps on it.

It is too xomplex and does not support wirless android or apple play and also the has Bluetooth connectivity issues and the UI is also sad

This was supposed to be an upgrade to my 2017 Honda H-RV. The backup camera is now harder to see. My steering wheel controls no longer work, which apparently I should have had another part during the install that they never mentioned until after I asked why the steering wheel didn't work. The USB port in the vehicle is no longer connected. I now have to use a cord that comes out of the bottom of the dash. When using hands free talk on my phone. I have to un-plug my phone from the radio and use it on speaker mode because nobody can hear me through the radio hands free.

I actually returned this stereo. The clock couldn't even keep the correct time

Went inn to purchase a new radio for my truck. After looking around I decided I wanted this unit. Came home went on to the installation after checking all wires I noticed one of the main power wires was missing from the harness I check the manual and yes it was supposed to be there. Went back the next day for an exchange and got a new unit. I wired this unit up and got it going. After some playing around I realize it’s not being compatible with my steering wheel controls so I called the manufacturer of the steering wheel control retaining box and they tell me I might have a faulty SWC unit so I go Inn for an exchange come back install it and still not working. Had the box tested out and all the correct signals are there but the issue is the JVC unit. At this point thought to my self I can deal with no SWC. After driving the truck and getting a feel of the Radio I come to find out it’s a horrible unit. Volume buttons are not sensible to touch, and Bluetooth signal skips and settings and features are so limited. This is only 1 day of having the unit functioning (with no steering wheel controls as I wanted). Would not recommend this radio.

Interface feels clunky. Menu options are not always intuitive.

Great for the money only problem is there no remote for controlling the deck witch would make it completely hands free

Android auto does not work and the manufacturer says they're working on the issue ...please be patient...

after 3 months of use the deck just quit working. I stopped to get gas; turned the car on and it never powered back on. Best Buy has been the worst to work with getting a replacement; the technician is only part-time and the only way to make an appointment is to go to the store about 30 minutes away—a very inconvenient way to do business.

When the installers opened the box for this item they found it was missing all the cables and connectors they needed. Luckily those guys Lanham MD Store quickly fixed the problem by finding an in stock version that was similar and worked with their manager to resolve. The original was purchased at the Annapolis MD Store but Lanham store fixed the problem for me. I wrote a 5 Star Review for the Receiver that was installed by Lanham. However, I felt compelled to write this 1 start review on the Annapolis MD stores lack of quality control. Also, in general Best Buy should review their practice of making you take home everything for the install or sending it to you when the install time extends beyond their return date policy. Luckily it all worked out. The guy who helped us pick out everything at the Annapolis Store was great and I would give him 5 stars. So bottom line if you do an Car Audio install check the boxes as soon as you receive them.

The radio reception is terrible. I only get 1/2 the stations I got on my factory radio.

The glare is horrible, half the time I can’t see backup camera. The installation instructions were very challenging especially for the steering wheel controls! Antenna sucks. $700 wasted and Best Buy discouraged having them install. Not happy!!

Radio worked great “although not as intuitive as I would like” for 30 days now it has gone completely blank with no lights or sounds. I have tried to call Best Buy and tried to live chat but no answer and no return call.

EXCHANGED IT FOR ANOTHER WITH CD PLAYER.//////////

Radio is fine. Customer service very terrible. I bought one radio was supposed to be credited the car installer that put it in put in a new radio. My bill was all messed up called customer service for a month and a half trying to get my refund. They were no help said call the store store told me to call customer service so all in all I’ll never do business with you again.

I bought this open box for a small discount and it was missing many things. Had i realized this i wouldn't have bought it. I bought a different radio and this one just sits in a box. I think best buy should list in the description if the product is missing vital parts.
