My major complaint is the volume control it almost impossible to get it to work

Seems to glitch a lot. Hard to reset. Would not recommend

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I never been to a store that had no checks and balances. The manager to the employees were so inconsiderate of my time and money I cried on my way home.. I tell everyone I kno shop ANYWHERE else besides best buy. They are so unprofessional and disrespectful at this location I will never step foot in another best buy.

they tell me is for 2006 sl500 mercedes so i bought this peduct and make app geek to inatall wait 2 week i they tell me they cant install this unit to my car so bad review same w/ wires

piece of junk , time keeps changing , it is supposed to be apple car play compatible and it is not. only got a 60 day warranty, i bought it for my daughter for christmas. got it nov 24th had it installed in mid january, now it is not returnable. best buy is a joke. i would have had them install it but they quit doing installs in my area. thanks for nothing.

Head unit keeos cutting off in th middle id song and rwbooting. Very disappointing...

Honestly, I hate it. The Apple car play is not it and I wish I had paid the extra money and got a better one.

Wish I could give it a zero - the whole unit does not work after one year. Very disappointing that JVC created such a low quality product

Can’t review the item that didn’t work. Radio seems fine, the volume up button is a little tricky. The radio stopped working in less than 2 weeks. Then was told to wait 3 months for an appt.

Its not what i really want,not as go as i thought it was going to be

I bought this radio had to wait 2 weeks for them to install it, After using it for 3 days the radio freezes up. Now i have to wait another 2 weeks for them to repair it.

Terrible sound quality, very buggy, the unit started shutting itself off the first day, wich progressively got worse until it just won't turn on at all. I know JVC is lower end, and I wasn't expecting much, but this thing is junk. Having it replaced after less than a month.

This deck would always freeze up. You would have to turn the car off to get it to come back on

Do not buy! It only last 15 months. Get a Sony. North jacksonville Best Buy could not offer any relief. Top left screen became unresponsive. $348.00 for 15 months. Best buy selling lemons. Lol.

Worst piece of crap I’ve ever purchased….. Reyes to returned it but had gone over the return period would not recommend I rather burn the money than purchase this unit.

Bought a radio was lied to about the functions he had was already installed before I found out then was told by a manager well buy one that does what you want it to what do u want from me. Horrible service long waits for help

I purchased this unit in September, it’s now December and it’s been relatively ok. The clock would keep time, but I figured out that was a setting in the radio . But today I get in my truck and the screen won’t boot up at all, the radio has power and plays music very low volume but is unresponsive and has a black screen. I highly recommend no one purchase this unit. 400 bucks for crap!

Quit working in just a couple of months. Still trying to get a new one. Terrible service
