Slow too non responsive at times. Not user friendly

SXM loosening signal tryed calling Best Buy to have them looh k at it since they did the install can’t get them to oick up the phone

This is my first CarPlay head unit. It works good. Was easy to install and get my steering wheel controls wired up. My only complaint is when the audio levels get past a certain dB, the audio cuts out a little for some reason. Happens when the volume is around 30 or higher. Other then that this is a great head unit

Forget Pioneer, this sounds better and hopefully lasts longer. I had installed a Pioneer unit just over a year ago and one day it went to the "screen of death", and that was that. I was very disappointed so I researched and thought I'd give this JVC unit a try. After swapping the units out and dialing in the sound I can honestly say the JVC is way way better sounding! Definitely stronger bases and mids and a lot of great adjustability which worked very well in my vehicle. I would have considered five stars but the icons and usability for the apps are not as friendly as the Pioneer was, as well as how it shows channels and having to slide the screen to see listings on sx/xm channels. Time will tell if it can last longer.

The unit takes awhile to power on, but sounds great, and had all the features I was looking for.

Really nice unit. I like that it has AM and FM settings, and that my cell phone connects vis Bluetooth and, after being programmed to it, automatically gives me handsfree phone access through my speakers and the microphone included with the radio. Best Buy's free installation was another excellent benefit of buying this unit.

Had a great picture, but the screen sunk in to much in the dash making it unsafe to use while driving. Couldnt change the volume without moving to see it. Probably would work better on a newer model vehicle

So I chose this one because it had a CD player and was on a good sale ($300 compared to $400+) but ultimately returned the unit. The apple carplay quality was bad (the actual screen resolution seemed like 480p while CarPlay was on). Ultimately CarPlay just randomly stopped working one day, maybe it needed a firmware update? Also, the unit had a dimmer option for when its nightime, but the screen barley dimmed and way too bright. Also the menu buttons just werent well thoughtout. Yeah idk, its like they made it this bad on purpose? Ended up going with a sony wireless carplay unit for $500. Am extremly satisfied with the sony. Absolutely worth the $200 more. Ive been happy with pioneer in the past as well. Would not buy jvc anything ever again.

Exactly what I needed clear sound apple car play work’s awesome

This is an actually a great car radio. I had to update my radio in my Lexus and this provided me with Bluetooth, apple car play and android. Easy to use and looks great.

I was a little worried how the radio was going to fit, but it fit perfectly and is very nice quality! I would definitely buy again in the future!

Great product. Bluetooth and Apple cad play which allows for navigation and messages. Perfect
