    Couple months back the apple play would just turn off randomly, didnt bug me to much. But then a month later the screen would go black but my phone would still be connect. Today its fully not working i bought it around September last year its now the beginning of april.

    Frozen Screen until I restart the car.....

    When I am scrolling through the functions to go from BT or Phone to the radio, sometimes the stereo freezes up on AV in. The whole system freezes, neither the steering wheel controls nor the touchscreen work until I turn off the car and restart it. You can see why that is annoying... Otherwise, it is a good stereo once you get used to navigating it.

    No such thing as free installation

    Free installation is a fraud. Best buy charges you2 to 3 times more for the hardware to make up for the install. Example Crutchfield most expensive and compatible harness is $84, while best buy tried to charge me $189 plus a myriad of other made up parts. They should be ashamed.

    Lost all steering wheel controls. Tech did not tell me until after installing and will charge me install fee if i return stereo. Tech did not tell me to use apple car play, the phone needs to plug in from usb that is in the glove box. That means i need to put my phone in the glove box or have a cable hanging from there.

    Its not maestro compliant, which is the additional installation pieces which are required. It works but not everything your car can do works w the new radio. The audio for assistant is pretty loud and is at the lowest volume setting.

    Many issues with the system. Will not recall the preset stations when I key in seek. Keeps asking to plug in the USB when it is plugged already plugged into the USB cord. Does not connect a phone call. Too many issues to explain.

    This JVC unit had a great price, but you get what you pay for. Very slow to load. It would not keep my phone connected via bluetooth. Froze up often. I had it installed in later February. I will be buying a different one. Didn't last a month.

    Horrible response on the screen, and more bells and whistles that don’t work. Unit itself looks pretty then just stops there. It would arbitrarily just shut itself off at times. Had to swap it out for a Pioneer, been happy ever since.
