Sounds great and the microphone for taking calls I’m told sounds very clear to the people I’m talking to. It integrated well with the steering wheel controls.

Install on Jeep JK wrangler was pretty straight forward with no surprises. Functions are great on Apple Car Play. I wish it had a real volume knob. That would have earned 5 stars with a real knob.

Love Hate Relationship with this stereo. I love the improved sound I am hearing vs. my factory unit. The 12 band equalizer is so cool. My issue is that the JVC unit would not cut off one day when I opened the door. That happening 1 month into ownership. My Best Buy tech said could be a power supply issue. He told me there was a reset button on the front of the unit so I pushed it and my problem was solved. I am hoping that never happens again. I love the fact that I can now see my gps on my screen vs having to just look at my phone. So nice.

Product is as expected, the installation guys though are great. Very professional, explained everything to me about the product and kept me in the loop throughout the installation process.

I like all the features and it does everything I want. After getting it installed it glitched and froze up a couple times, but after returning to Best Buy they did a firmware update and it seems to be working fine ever since.

I have enjoyed my new car radio installed in my 2010 Chevy Sliverado. The features on it are simple to operate and look excellent when using. It just takes a little time to learn the new features on it.

The radio that I bought is great. But the did a poor job installing it and scratched the screen in 3 different places and my dash was all broken and just in pieces. I had to glue my dash back together. I’m purely just rating the radio which I do like.

Wonderful product!! I never thought that I would have a great car stereo like this!! It has exceeded all expectations! I loved it so much, I bought another one for my 2003 Toyota Tundra!

Carplay, so that everything on my phone shows up on the touch screen. My Sirius music, my contacts, my messages. Great speaker sound on the Bluetooth. Clear and no static! This was an awesome purchase on my part. And I want one in my car as well as my truck!

I bought and have been using this radio everyday since 2022. I use it everyday and not one hiccup. This has outperformed so many other companies with similar features and price.

Great price-to-value ratio. Ez install. The primary complaint is the screen is not very bright and has a slight reflection issue, but for 200$ its what I expected.

Lots of features for the money. Best Buy did a fantastic install job. Only negative is the volume button is hard to use when driving if you don’t add steering wheel integration.
