Ordered this digital radio receiver for our old 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 truck we just bought as we love these radios - we have installed them in all of our vehicles - we also ordered and installed a backip camera - only thnng is, fof the older trucks the witing 8s tricky and not as "pretty", well because these ttucks were made befor all 8f these fancy electronics - also, fof the backup camera, we rzn into a problem with the turn signal lever - this seems to be a spnewhat common problem with the oldef vehicles, as the latching becomes loose over the years - we searched for and found a video, for which we are going to hopefully resolve the problem - the backup camera works, but you have to keep hold of the lever - so we are hoping that the video resolution solves that problem BEST BUY: Please make your text entry box bigger, I was not able to go back and fix my typos, so I hope people can read and understand my post

I was never a big fan of the JVC brand; however, over the years, I have shifted my perspective. The functionality of the head unit is easy to use, the power for the speakers are pretty good, and JVC head units don't break. The brand has become like a fine wine. The older the brand gets, the better their product becomes. Great job JVC.

User Friendly. Easy set up. Good sound. Was a great change for my older Tacoma pickup. Glad to now have Bluetooth capability in my truck for the first time.

Bought this for an upgrade to my son's stock unit in his Jeep Patriot. With the right adapters (thank you Best Buy for your help here) and some patience, I easily installed this by myself. He loves it, and his major need for CarPlay has been addressed. Great head unit for the price.

I really like the radio, the camera works great. I had a good experience at the Orland Park store, However I initially tried to purchase the radio online. That was a complete nightmare and the customer service was terrible. I don't think anyone in management exists at Best Buy. I tried to reach out multiple ways, without any response. I was very disappointed in that. I'm not sure I would purchase anything online from Best Buy ever again. So sad.

Once I arrived at the Best Buy installation department to have my new stereo installed, the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff gave me key indicators that I had made the right choice. The tech who first greeted me was a well seasoned pro. The assistant tech was very informative when explaining the new unit to me after installation.

I sale car and I had customer that wanted a touch screen put in their jeep. Went perfect customer was very happy even bought me a 12 pack of beer for my trouble. Would do it again if I have someone who wants this.

Nice looking radio- clear picture and nice design. Menu/ settings seem easy to use. The microphone sound quality for phone calls is not super clear, but acceptable.
