Great radio for everything but poor radio receptio

I think it was more the radio. I think the installer did a fantastic job. The radio is great on all other functions but radio reception which is very poor. I start losing the ability to even hear stations while in my hometown of Arlington particularly power poles. In order to hear the radio in my car I have had to resort to using apps on my phone and plugging in the phone to CarPlay to listen to WTOP or other stations. I went to Best Buy the other day To get this addressed and I have not gotten a call or email to address my concerns since.

Android App is disappointing

I've had to delete and reinstall the app several times. Otherwise, it is not dependable. I am using blue tooth to link now - but the purpose of this purchase was for the Android App. I will be contactint the installer/Geek Squad to determine what to replace this with.
