We put this in our son’s 2003 Toyota and he loves it

Super great, love it. Does everything I want and more.

It’s a good stereo it just freezes once in a while. It does it when I’m driving so sometimes I have to pull over turn my truck off and turn it back on so the stereo can turn back on and un-freeze.

Touch screen doesn't work. Takes minimum of five taps each time I want to do anything

I cannot receive AM radio signals. What more can I say? I had to return more than once to get bugs worked out after the radio was installed, having to spend more money each time. If I go back to address the "no AM radio" problem, I already know I'll be asked to spend more money. Not happy.

Not really packing the power that I was expecting. CarPlay disconnect to much.

Too many quirks... Hard to us and touch is not great while driving. It has nice features on the swipe controls but those dont work in Android mope. Honestly, I have been looking for a replacement. hard to see if in direct sunlight. Dont get me wrong, it works and has all the features you need but I use it with android mostly and its not for me.

Nice stereo however the satellite radio is hard to see and use

Never, ever again will I have BestBuy work on a vehicle. The installation disconnected my climate control system which I had to have serviced by an outside vendor. They did refund the installation portion of the work, but then voided all warranty as the labor was refunded. When I brought this to their attention the individual said they would have to charge me labor to look at the vehicle, and he did not make policy.

I’m confused with how to use product.Even my young friends say it is confusing.

It won’t work with the Mercedes E Class 2007 model!

Advertised at the time of purchase as wireless/blutooth with android/apple car play. The cell phone compatibility however, requires a cord, hich the store installed through my glovebox, without consideration that the cord is too thick to close the glovebox. Meanwhile, the previously working speakers and backup camera no longer work. This unit and required accoutrement is far too expensive for the end result, leaving me essentially without a stereo nor backup camera for the tentire month it took to find another appointment to come back for removal/replacement of the previous unit.

Worked great at first. Then after 2 months the radio will cut off randomly and sometimes it turns on after 5 minutes other times it takes a few days for it to cut on.

BestBuy installed unit in my truck. Immediately after picking up the truck and driving it home the sound stops on the stereo onlyand then a few minutes later it would come back on. Sound for phone works fine except when using phone as music source. This happens continuously while driving the truck. I have taken the truck back 2 times and have a third appointment scheduled to try and correct this problem. Initial install was second week in December next appointment is second week in February. Hope it works or maybe have it removed and try elsewhere.

The Android play and Apple won't work with many cars. Pandora are Spotify and many of the extras don't work. Better to by a cheaper price one and not pay for extra features that don't work.

The glare on the screen is terrible, When someone calls the whole radio shuts off, Siri volume is stupid loud

The location of the volume buttons sucks. It makes it very difficult to control the volume. I’m returning the radio because of it

I have had a great deal of difficulty getting android auto to work. I don't like the was the controls work. I need something that does not require an course of study to be functional .
