After market Apple CarPlay

Had to return some parts and add others at installation. The salesperson we initially dealt with probably did not have the correct expertise. Wish we had purchased the Bluetooth version, as this needs to be wired to work.

In addition to the media receiver, we bought a back-up camera and various attachments. The people we worked with (sales and installation) were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It connects with his phone, which gives him the ability to navigate, talk on the phone, among other things. So pleased.

Never worked in my Jeep. Installed Incorrectly!?

The worker who used to install these radios at that Best Buy store was eventually fired probably because he incorrectly installed too many car radios. Overall, if this JVC Car radio did work like it was supposed too, it would’ve been a great radio. It’s a shame it never worked properly. Took Best Buy forever to help me return it & they almost didn’t get me my refund. Even though I brought it to 3 other Best Buy stores to troubleshoot it. The Geek Squad workers could never figure out what was wrong. So I eventually I returned it after 3 months of nonoperational use.
