After 3 failed trips & 160 miles later, It works!

It took 3 tries, 160 miles and lots of time spent in the Geek Squad line...but needless to say, I am better. This store was struggling and was scrambling to find someone to assist me, but Tony (store support, that was from another store) was great helping me. I gave him a hard time, not intentional, but out of pure frustrations. But he was fantastic. Then Andre (manager from the McDonough store...he was professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating and ...oh my, an ACTIVE listener! Let's not forget Chris, my installer that went over AND BEYOND helping me out. I should have started out here first!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s great until you’re driving between the hours of 8am-7pm when the sun is out and the glare on the screen makes it impossible to see your GPS Map/Spotify/etc. It’s infuriating. How hard would it have been to put a non-glare film on this thing? My experience with the BestBuy install was great. Just wouldn’t recommend this particular product due to this one ridiculous design flaw. Stereo itself works fine.

Good stereo

Seems like when it was installed the connection isn't really good. You can tell when you go over bumps.

I'll be on a call and it'll disconnect. the cable also has to be the right 3.0 usbc or it won't work at all and it's not included. Great stereo and screen though.
