    Chris and Jessie were both very helpful in setting up a mesh network and modem for our WiFi network. They gave us great guidance in helping to choice the correct products.

    I had to get a replacement for my Pioneer double din that had a faulty bluetooth. Honestly, i dont like the controls on fhe JVC. I rather go with pioneer again. The sound was better quality with pioneer than JVC

    It’s ok... I wanted a Kenwood or Sony but this was all they had because of COVID-19. It’s hard to read and hard to turn up the volume. But it’s way better then what came with the new RV.

    At first the unit seemed fine but then the radio would reboot itself more noticeably when using Bluetooth I would be on a call and the screen would go blank but the phone wouldn't hang up but as soon as we were done talking the radio would reboot itself. Other times I would just be streaming Bluetooth from my phone and the radio would reboot itself . Also at first I noticed the radio was having a hard time staying on time but then it fixed itself . Actually I already set up appointment to have it removed and get a different model

    works good but time keeps changing on its own with out any rhyme or reason. Also get interference noise alot more then previous deck.

    Radio time kept changing on it’s own. Took back to Best Buy and got it fixed a couple of days later. Having same issue 5 months later.
