Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first the unit seemed fine but then the radio would reboot itself more noticeably when using Bluetooth I would be on a call and the screen would go blank but the phone wouldn't hang up but as soon as we were done talking the radio would reboot itself. Other times I would just be streaming Bluetooth from my phone and the radio would reboot itself . Also at first I noticed the radio was having a hard time staying on time but then it fixed itself . Actually I already set up appointment to have it removed and get a different model

good but clock glitch

This radio purchase was frustrating for us.

Too many buttons and bells for me and my husband, couldn't figure out how to use it. Wanted it for the navigation, and it wouldn't let me program and/or use it when my husband was driving. Error message about operating it while driving. That was frustrating. Other issue was error message about "no device" when we would hook my phone up with the connection cord that was installed with the radio. Would work sometimes with my husbands phone, and sometimes not. Wouldn't work with my phone. This was all a frustrating frustration! Most electronics are self explanatory, and user friendly, this radio isn't. Also frustrating that it is impossible to reach anyone at the Best Buy store by phone. They never answer, you are on hold for as long as you want to wait it out. They never answer though, never.
