    Saif it was satellite ready but wasn't cost me another 100 dollars to have an additional part put in.

    After a few days the unit went into a boot loop, where the whole thing would shut down, then the blue buttons would light up like it was trying to turn on. It would proceed to shut down, then try to reboot. Didn't happen every time driving the vehicle, but enough to make it annoying and cause worry.

    Quickly Stopped Working/Short Return Policy

    Stopped working after 18 days. Best Buy has a ridiculously low 15 day return period. After 15 days you must deal with the manufacturer. Now I must pay again to have it uninstalled and pay to send it the manufacturer. Thanks a lot Best Buy and JVC. Some treat for myself to celebrate a new job.

    locked up 14 months after I purchased, had 12 month warranty, I would no buy another

    Cancelled the order. The customer rep was very rude to me over the phone. "Said she was sorry for not drinking her coffee that morning" No excuse for being rude. I bought a replacement radio from somewhere else.

    this is junk and i cant return it. its been in for less than 6 months and failing. it likes to change inputs on it own. sometimes you have to reboot the phone. it will sound fine sitting at the light, when you take off it will be distorted and maybe the rear speakers turn off. sometimes it will distort when parked, i hit the dashboard and it sounds great again and the rear speakers come back on.

    Lame! I only bought it for two reasons: To use Apple CarPlay and to add a backup camera. The Apple CarPlay function disconnects and reconnects all the time and I have only had it for 2.5 months.

    Came without the bluetooth mic and screws even though the packaging label said "No accessories missing" so I had to purchase it separately and now i have to wait for it to install. Other accessories are missing as well but not as big of a deal.

    Had problems with this unit since day one. I’ve called tech support several time even installed new firmware which made things worst due to the supply chain problem not able to return it to get a better head unit..

    ! will never shop in your store again I spent aprox, 750.00 I was treated like I didnt matter. its started out good but got bad I live aprox 35 miles away and made at least 4 round trips.with two cars. Cust servive was in the tank !!!

    It will freeze up for no reason, you have to turn the truck off for it to reset, not fun when traveling. I travel a lot for work and can find no one to file a complaint.
