First Time Ever Buying JVC Product. Love My Radio.

Over all, the radio serves its purpose.good radio.

I purchased mine as an open box special. I've had it for a few months I've only experienced 2 problems one time the screen froze and I turned the car off and restarted it to fix it and today I received an error message while connected to blue tooth but turning the car off and restarting fixed it.

geek squad installation fast and awesome. this unit is visually very stunning but using the features is a little bit complicated and not entirely intuitive. Overall great value for money.

This stereo is a steal for the price. Great looking, tons of options, like auxiliary inputs, USB inputs, Bluetooth, Pandora, PLUS it changes colors! I like the hands free especially as we put it in my sons car. I would highly recommend!!

Ordering and install went smooth. It would have been nice to know that the harness for the radio was $100-$130. I went with the $130 harness as it allowed me to use the existing steering column controls.

My son purchased this for his car and he was very happy with it. We purchased a mounting kit and wiring harness after getting help from a Best Buy associate who was very helpful and we installed it ourselves.

Everything is great with this system, my only complaint is Bluetooth doesn't work and Sirius can't get the satellite to pair up which is why I bought the unit in the first place

This is a great stereo system & hands free phone I had installed for my daughter's vehicle along w/new speakers. We were very impressed w/the overall ease of functions & sounds.

I absolutely love this stereo. It takes a bit to learn how to use it but the guys who installed it showed me the basics. You can really fine tune the stereo, even program it to your specific size speakers.

Lots if nice features I really like the hands free function. My only complaint is the user instructions are a little cryptic and confusing. Other than the instruction when this stereo is on sale its a awesome deal.

Bought this radio to replace our factory radio for our dodge caravan which didn't have bluetooth capability.Our new radio which is a jvc had many features our old one did not.

Product great...store not so much. Couldnt print receit. Couldnt get anyone on floor to help me...horrible customer service. Will never purchase from Best buy again

Love live my stereo. I have vision issues yet I can clearly see everything plus it has a remote so it makes it do ok much easier to change stations,

Was one ofHubbys Christmas gifts he loves it. It was s bit confusing to use with xm in the beginning but after messing around with it now he loves it.

Wanted all the features of a new radio without buying a new car. Put this in my 10 year old RAV4. I am extremely happy with how this radio functioned.

My husband bought this to put in his car and he has no complaints, he says that it is a nice CD player. He also uses the Bluetooth feature all the time which is great for hands free.

I really like my new radio. It's sharp looking and easy to use. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it wasn't easy to install in my vehicle.....2007 Hyundai Tucson.

My daughter recently purchased this radio for installation in her vehicle. Was not ready for all the extra equipment needed. Cables; harness etc. At this moment radio not installed.
