I purchased this as a gift and installation, the General Mgr Ben was amazing. He went above and beyond for a perfect install. Carefully went over all details, set up etc. hands free is great and user interface is awesome. Very happy!!! Thank you Best Buy!! Thank you Ben!

The main display is impossible to read in daylight, even at maximum illumination setting of 31. I am surprised how such a product failure could be put on the market! Programming the device is a pain with a single multi-purpose control button. Our 12-year old radio which this replaced was far better for user interface.

I needed to replace radio on car I plan to keep 2 more years. Add one were getting pricey. This radio with amazon echo auto works great. Voice command, hands free calling, and Sirius for a small price. Free installation was best part they were excellent

This device is a good choice. The reason that it gets a 4 is because it gets confused sometimes... For example: when I try to use the port to charge my phone... and because it is not perfect. HOWEVER, it is a good product and does the basic job that it is meant to do. I like it.

Great unit for the coins dropped... multiple options on the display, and a variety of media options to listen to. the previous reviews swayed my choice a bit, opted for this unit for the price and was quite surprised with the extras..... good luck

I love the date and time that stays up on the screen. The bluetooth works great and it came with a microphone. It definitely improved the sound in my car over the factory stereo. Would definitely buy again.

I bought this to replace the radio in my truck. I don’t like that the time doesn’t show when using auxiliary or satellite radio. I would have preferred a unit with Apple car play or android auto and will get one of those soon.

I wanted to purchase this radio and have it installed in my car? due to the pandemic I had to seek other means. The schedule was to full to acomadate our schedules.

Great product for old cars. Geek Squad install was excellent. Chances are you might have to exchange the harness and adapting mechanism with the ones in the Geek Squad's installation area.

I have been more than satisfied with JVC radio. Installation was done at Best Buy. They were fantastic! I'm going to do my wife's car next and put a starter in mine next winter. Gold star product and service.

I LOVE my system! It connects seamlessly hands free. The power is enough for me and the led background lights are cool. Bonus is hands free calling like my car! Highly recommended!

This improved the sound quality of the stock speaker quite a bit. Singe purchasing though we have had to do several master resets on the system.

Replaced a similar but older model Does everything I want and more. Still has occasional glitches where it hangs on reading USB sticks but powering it off and then back up usually clears it out. Good value for the money.

I bought this to replace an original factory stereo in an older Chevy Silverado. The Bluetooth functionality works great for two phones. I wish there were more display options available and it was easier to set the colors.

Replaced OEM radio/CD player when it ate a disc and we couldn't get it out. This unit has all the functionality of the OEM system plus some. Very happy with it performance wise, but *style-wise", it's obviously aftermarket.

Got this to replace a factory unit for my 15 passenger Ford van. Big enough to see, has a lot of pertinent info on screen, and lots of color options. Recommended.

Not exactly top of the line but not cheap either. The interface is easy to figure out on your own and it does the job you paid. Nothing more really to say except it works and the interface is decent.

I had my stereo professionally installed by my mechanic since my local BestBuy didnt offer this service. The stereo has a nice sound. Although my phone connects and I can play my music, my phone calls do not play over the speakers. You can see that I’m receiving a call on the display but there is no sound. My mechanic checked it out and said that it’s an issue with the stereo. I purchased the extended warranty and emailed BestBuy twice regarding this and I haven’t heard back.

We are still getting use to all of the ways we want to set up the radio but so far it is great for us. There have been a couple of glitches but it was probably because we messed up.
