I like the radio but it kept draining my battery, I had to replace a brand new battery because of faultiness in the radio.

Okay, not spectacular...annoying equalizer, poor receiver reception...adequate CD player...I purchased unit primarily for Bluetooth which is okay.

Not user friendly. Manual is not clear on many of the instructions. Had to call the support line to get clarification on numerous issues. The preset program key setup is awkward.

Radio is excellent, but display in daylight with any sun out at all makes it unreadable. It's way to dim and can not be brightened up to make it viewable from display controls

I got this for my 16 years daughter car. She wanted the color changing radio. Have figured out how to change colors yet but it is a nice radio and she loves it.

Since I am not so adept in technology, and am still learning how to operate it, at least I have a new challenge. All I can say is so far so good.

radio quality in sound is not the same when you play cd. cd sound is 3 times better than radio

Good system, would have picked a different radio that was easier to use with my cell phone Bluetooth if I knew what I was looking for.

Nice radio but the clock you can barely see the clock ...not easy to find a station ..wouldn't recommend this

Too much plastic, and mediocre sound quality. Nowhere near the quality of my previous JVC single din unit

I bought this JVC radio to put in my 2008 Kia Rio because it is a double DIN radio like the factory radio. The radio works great, but somehow during the installation a problem has developed, whereby my airbag warning light stays on and won't go off. My wife called Best Buy to explain our problem and was essentially told, it's not our problem. Take it to a garage and if they can prove it was us, MAYBE we'll do something about it. Since Kia wants $115 just to look at it, that's not gonna happen, because I'm not even sure I can recoup my money. So buyer beware. If you are going to buy a radio from Best Buy, I recommend you have it installed elsewhere, because they won't stand behind their installation. I never plan to use Best Buy's services again.

This stereo started out to be awesome, now a month later, it's powering off and I have to reset it. It plays for a few minutes and shuts down again. Very unhappy, will not buy another JVC.

Great product. I am pleased with the purchase and so far everything works perfect.

I still using it. I was upset w performance though. No one told me it needed a sub woofer for base! It only sounds like a transistor radio with zero base! Very odd!!! I like everything else about it other than that. I would recommend it but I would tell them to buy a sub woofer if they hoped to have any base!

You have to block the sun to see the words and it is still not very bright.

Very difficult to dial out. Sound not as good as original radio.

Unit could not read my cd-r's properly, had to return.

I cannot work out some of the features and color changes.

Replaced my original radio/stereo with this. It functions well, but is very poorly designed. Not designed with the consumer in mind. Had it for a month, works well but have no idea how to use functions that were pretty obvious in my manufacturer installed one.
