    I purchased this radio last month and I love it; the installation was fast and the tech even connected my phone for me while showing me how to do it myself.....I’m very satisfied with my purchase and it’s getting the job done!!!

    I want to like it but with all the problems I've been having with it i don't. I've talked to JVC more than once about it and they really weren't any help. I don't think the first gal I talked to there knew what she was talking about. I was told a firmware update would cure the problems. It did nothing. I tried it a second time to make sure and still nothing. I can't, in good conscience, with the service and the problems, recommend this.
