Great Radio and Great Price!!!!!

I want to like it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I want to like it but with all the problems I've been having with it i don't. I've talked to JVC more than once about it and they really weren't any help. I don't think the first gal I talked to there knew what she was talking about. I was told a firmware update would cure the problems. It did nothing. I tried it a second time to make sure and still nothing. I can't, in good conscience, with the service and the problems, recommend this.
