Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this radio is the biggest piece of junk i have bought . i am running a kenwood 3600 amp and a 4 channel 1200 watt amp. everytime i turn the radio up it cuts out i loose everything . i have to turn it off and back on again . then it cuts out . i never had this problem with my kenwood . i called bestbuy ask them they could not answer me . i am taking this jvc out and putting my kenwood back in. if you want a radio to pound hard dont use this jvc. the worst radio i ever bought

Lazy?

In the end of a many many week install process they got right versus left backwards on 2 of my 6 speakers.

dim display, hard to search while driving

Difficult to search while driving and the display is difficult to see during the day and at night. Best buy did not give me an extension on my receipt so I could not return the unit even though their installers are still out due to covid. TOTALLY SUCKS.
