    We were looking for a simple replacement for our jeep wrangler. Bestbuy installed this radio and did a great job, the radio has been good. If you are looking to just upgrade your system without adding touchscreen and such. This is a good replacement.

    Hi, My purchase and install experience was great. Had to trouble shoot a bad output on first deck that was installed. Your team was able too identify the issue. They removed the old deck that I purchased on line from Amazon. I then purchased the JVC deck from Best Buy and had it installed. Nicely done.

    this radio is ok for the price. big problem is every time i turn it on it automatically goes to a Spanish station at full blast! Also i was deceived by the XM ready on the box, you have to buy a separate xm tuner. I went to the union store to buy a radio and waited 25 minutes for help, i asked 3 times and never got anyone to help us. when we walked out we told an employee and the manger why we were leaving, she said "OK" If i was helped in the store i would have bought a more expensive radio with XM, at this point it is already installed by my husband so i had no choice but to buy an XM radio too
