The employees are very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and the service technician who put in my new radio in my truck was also courteous and did a good job!

Using Off Grid for music

Only drawback is that when I disconnect the trailer battery the radio looses it programmed radio stations.

Great stereo for the price

So far I'm very pleased. I didn't even know it had hands free calling until after the Geek Squad guy who installed it told me. Bonus!

car audio replacement

There wasn't anything wrong with the unit except the knob broke off of the face plate making pairing difficult.

I used to write operation manuals as a living (25+ years as a technical writer for companies that produced items such as aircraft, navigation and radio equipment, fiberglass pipe, amusement rides, etc.), so I am aware of what a useful operation manual should be.
