Replacement

An once we got everything hooked up an had all the cords put into place the volume didn't work at all on it. Do we had the geeks look at it An they void had no idea why we had volume when the stereo was plugged in an when it wasn't plugged in we had sound. So we took it back an got our $395 back for the stereo an $39 for the wiring harness. I think from now on we will go to a professional an let them do it, because for all I know they sold us the wrong equipment an it could of messed up our vehicles.

Nice TV Terrible Support

We've even had Amazon and the manufacturer on the line together. The manufacturer puts the blame on Amazon, which we don't agree with. They escalated our problem telling us they would call within 24 hours...no call. My advice is to avoid this product completely, there are plenty others to choose from. So much for this "smart" TV, it's pretty dumb.

Tinny sound

Small screen , knobs difficult to work and not sure yet if I can change tracks when listening to CD. Too bad my CD in my OEM broke. Original is a Mmuch better product.

Stopped working after 6 months
