No real complaints so far. Tons of tuning functionality built into this unit. Apple CarPlay has been working seamlessly. Screen resolution is great. The only thing close to a complaint that I've had is how easily the screen fingerprints. Reflections haven't bothered me, but the glass fingerprints very easily and in my experience has been tough to wipe away without using glass cleaner on a microfiber towel. Bought a matte screen protector, and it resists fingerprints more. However, the protector does very slightly distort the image clarity of the screen. This type of thing is to be expected with any touchscreen device, so again, not exactly a fair complaint. Other than that, love the unit.

One of the best purchases of the year for me. The team was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about what I needed to get exactly what I wanted. They recommended dash kits, speakers, and everything else. They were able to save me money. Additionally, the appointment was scheduled and on time, and no hiccups. I would definitely recommend.

This is one of the best flat screen stereo I ever had. I replace both my stereos with these two kenwoods. One in my Honda and one in my Lexus. Everything looks big and I don't have to squint my eyes to see anything anymore. Kenwood 10-in screen is dope.

Love this head unit, powerful, full of functions, sound great!! Install at the Eden Prairie location dropped it by a star. Had the gentlemen come tell me it won’t fit and I had to show him how the floating display moved up so it could fit. 2nd time and issue has arose from this install location (broke my Halo 11 screen trying to re-install it from a sub-install.) the more experienced gentlemen seem to know what they are doing so maybe it’s just been luck of the draw with me?

I have this KENWOOD DMX1037s paired with Alpine R series speakers (front and back), a Pioneer 4 channel amp and a 400 watt 12” JL Audio subwoofer and the sound is amazing! My only complaint with the head unit is there is no option to adjust the aspect ratio of the display. Granted, my eyesight isn’t as good as in the past, but I’d still prefer smaller icons that could fit three rows instead of two. Also I would rather see a slightly smaller view on maps so I could see a larger field of view.

Really good quality radio. Easy to install and set up. The sound is very good. One thing I love is the wireless car play also the HDMI connection. I have added a fire stick and it is just great. I'm a very happy camper.

We wanted an up grade for our Highlander LE. We got it with this head unit. It was professionally installed in a little over an hour. All steering wheel controls work perfectly. The technician was professional and courteous. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

I have the excelon model with navigation aswell nice but it loads up slow thjs model her is a few hundred dollars less and it loads faster due to no built in navigation the wireless carplay works like a charm on both units add the Maestro to get the ultimate experience this large unit is the Best ..

This has been a really good replacement to my original OEM head unit. It gave me access to more cameras (better quality too) and a HDMI connection for more options for entertainment. The wireless Apple CarPlay is works really well also.

Bought this for full price. Its a nice screen and installation was easy but unfortunately I couldn’t install it for a few months during the covid scare. The radio started restarting itself non-stop soon after installation. I figured maybe I did something wrong so I paid an installer to check the install and everything looked good. Thats when I reached out to warranty. Had to mail in the radio, but they told me it arrived broken and I would have to pay almost full price to have it repaired. Whats worse, the only way to get it shipped back would be to pay them another fee. I lost 1500 bucks on this thing. If you buy this, make sure its installed and tested the same day and run it through its paces before the return window ends. I wouldn’t trust the warranty process for this manufacturer. Lesson learned.

Great sound & really good separation. The ability to have such sound clarity in this unit is astonishing. Looking forward to years of enjoyment!

Great product. I highly recommend measuring the space where the radio will go before purchasing since it may end up covering vents and such. I did have some issues with sound breaking up but that can happen when using wireless android auto in areas with a lot of signals.
