Kenwood DDX376BT Clock resets ans switches to Demo

Best Buy has worked on at least three times to point of running direct power line to the battery. I would give Best Buy 5 starts for the service but when I try to call, the line rings and is sent to recorded message and still no one answers. I doubt I will ever buy a Kenwood product again

Affordable

It's a nice radio
