    Product works great and easy to use.. took 2 days longer than promised to be delivered. I would have order from another company had I known they weren't going honor the original due date.

    My wife uses this vehicle and has an iPhone. We had difficulty keeping the phone connected. Each time we restarted the vehicle, we would have to go through the pairing process again. Took it back to best buy to get assistance, however even the techs had issues... after a bit, it seemed like it was fixed. We came home and shortly afterwards we began having similar issues again. If this is a settings issue within the stereo, than the directions are sorely lacking as even the techs disregarded the manual after reviewing it. Still looking for a permanent fix and wife finds it as not user friendly
