Radio itself is nice but receiving Bluetooth phone calls through it makes the screen go black and volume can’t be adjusted

Problems from the beginning but figured nothing is perfect. The Bluetooth connection wouldn’t stay connected, dropped frequently. Then the auxiliary cord would not stay connected. Purchased and install March 2020 and now July 2021 the radio totally went out. The 1 year warranty is gone so what a waste of money. No more Kenwoods for me.

Had high hopes for this Kenwood radio. Sound is ok but my oem stereo sounded much better.

Not happy, I can't get these radio turned off. I also cannot get the station I want... very unhappy

Receiver is ok. Doesn’t show good under direct sunlight and Bluetooth loses connection often

I went to purchace a sound system for my ford f150 the salesman really did not explai. What he had ordered to be shipped to my home and when i recieved my packages first of all 2 out of 3 were returnes because they were unsealed and parts were missing, and so.e of the products i didnt even need and i still had to go elsewhere for a dash kit nobody instore knew of and then had to go back again and order another wiring kit the one i needed in the first place and the main piece was missing once again i recievrd an unsealed package i had to go to store and rxchange in all i had new strereo for over 3 wekz begote i could install not very happy

The young man who installed it was top notch.. couldn't have been a better experience.

Had it a week before having issues with it, always liked kenwood but have had better luck with other units from them.

I bought this because the navigation receiver died in my Rav 4, and a new Toyota one was $5,000. The glare on the screen makes this unreadable on sunny days. There is no way to just turn off the radio when you don't want it on. If you turn off the power the back-up camera turns off too.

camera is great...radio sucks hard to connect doesn't like to connect

Screen is hard to see at times Need more presets for radio and xm

Overall this is a good starter stereo and pretty basic.

bought radio on 03/17/21, was given an appt 03/22/21, showed up and was told I was scheduled for 04/10/21, I had to wait close to a month, radio to be installed, will try to have radio installed on 04/10@830, hopefully.

This system was ok but it only lasted a little over a year before the lights began flickering and then it went totally black screen and it doesn't work, it wont even turn on.

Don’t know how to use it, so unable to comment. Vet upset that to get sirrus I have to purchase a $70 piece! This was not explained when I purchased.
