Bought this radio at sale price. Not on sale as an open box clearance item, but that's how the Round Rock location sold it to me. Open boxed item missing some hardware. Going to have to go back and speak to customer service. Thought the boxed looked more than abused. We won't disclose the Sale Associates name today. Not sure how the product is yet. Comment is based more on customer services versus quality of product. I'm an Elite member, but that's now how I was treated.

Dvd player does not work. nor does the back up camera. however we waited an eternity to get it hooked up. That is probably why.

Cannot set Screen selection, other high end kenwood have spectrum analyzer display, and have multiple screen, small display

It feels cheap. And pandora doesn't work. Touch screen isn't very responsive. But it's a stereo i guess. Would not recommend.

Best Buy installed the radio 9/20/2019 10:00-11:45 Driving home from work 9/22/2019 around 3 pm, the radio resets itself three times going into demo mode. I will do an update review later.

Lol this thing sucks! Certain phones make it restart on its own and you'll lose all your settings!

Stereo keeps resetting on it's own! Have had it a week or so and can't wait to return it after the virus shutdown is over!

Went to get my stuff installed and they didn’t even have the right adapter to make the radio work big waste of my time and I was told they couldn’t order the part that could go on Amazon to order it, was so mad I just told they keep that mess and refund it back to my card!!!

we spent over an hour for this guy to put our package deal together, had to wait 2 week for and appointment to have it installed, took car in and he had it for over 6 hours, came to pick it up and nothing was done, why didnt he call us so we wouldnt spend all day in town waiting for car to be ready??

The radio loses memory it has lost it 4 times so fair

I have two of these models, one in a 2000 Silverado (New Style-Modification is needed) and one in a 2004 Tahoe. The radio's output alone @ 22 RMS per channel (4-channels), provides for excellent sound quality. However, I currently have these bad boy paired with a Kenwood Mono Amp and a Kenwood 4 Channel Amp, which works seamlessly using the Co-Axial outputs on the back of the radio (the red and white cables). In regards to user interface, this radio is excellent for personalization (Custom Screen Savers, Colors, Sequences), as well as fine tuning sound quality. The EQ is the key to a perfect sound, and this Kenwood Radio makes it easy and efficient dialing in that perfect sound. It's also worth noting that this radio has a lot of good sound effect options (Everything from Independent Channel Timing, Realizers, Stage EQ, Vehicle Presets, Gain Sensitivity, Loudness, Bass Boost, Drive EQ, Listening Position Adjustment, High & Low Pass Filter, Speaker Size Selection, Speaker X'Over and a few others useful features.) In addition, this radio comes ready for a back-up camera (it does not include the camera however), as well as steering wheel control inputs (You will need a vehicle specific adapter). The DVD player E-Brake wire can be simply grounded to any metal on the vehicle, effectively bypassing the useless feature, allowing you and your passengers to enjoy a DVD on the road. Its does not play Blue-Ray :( You can also buy a wire adapter allowing you to connect and project your phone screen to the radio. (Look up Screen Share on Kenwood Radio, or something like that, Its basically screen share, however touching the radio touchscreen will not control your phone, yet in doing this you can watch YouTube, Netflix, literally anything that your phone or device can play.) In Conclusion, I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a Clean, Effective, and Proven Touchscreen Radio. If you find yourself having a hard time setting up, there are very informative How Too's on YouTube for this and many other Radios. Cheers Guys.

Bought at Best Buy installed by Best Buy and recommend by Best Buy this radio changes stations when it wants the screen changes from radio to Bluetooth to other screens without touching it. Radio has static on all stations talked to Best Buy about it they did nothing about it and stated it is a low quality radio but costed me almost $575. I do not recommend this radio

The sales people were rude & they care if you bought anything. I bought a radio & was told it would fit with out any problems just plug it in.l tried to return it cause it didn't gave me run around about fee cause l bought on line. It cost me more for a wiring harness 200.oo to get it to work.

It average for a radio but it just don’t do what I expected

Bought a car stereo with free installation set me up with 3 to 4 appointments never got done. Would showup for install tech not in never called to cancel my appointment. 4 times sent home never could get it installed. Best Buy does not honor their commitment. Would never shop their again. Bad service.....

Kenwood "JVC" is a great company but unfortunately this has unit is not up to my standards... i think that i might have to go with pioneer to get better sound out of my head unit

Radio in question is garbage it was defective unknown that the installer was the person realized this and know right away.

Omg where to begin. First off the product sucks feels very cheap and fake for being over 200 bucks. Second the customer service and the “free installation” is a JOKE!!!!!!! canceled my appointment then never rescheduled.

Poor Screen quality. Once the sun came out, you cannot read the screen. Would never recommend this unit even to my enemies.
