Cant update firmware, but overall live this stereo
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love that it has its own crossover and all the preouts that’s definitely a plus for those two but for the life of me I cannot whatsoever update the firmware for the application in the system it doesn’t work and I’m left with the stereo that sometimes the volume just goes up on its own or turns itself off as why it’s crucial to have updates and I need somebody from Best Buy or the geek squad to update it for me at no charge because it should’ve been an easy deal.

Don’t buy used
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s a nice little radio but in the Description it didn’t say that it had a huge scratch on it. I got it used and I called customer service to see if it had any scratches they said no so i picked it up. Now I have to live with the scratches I could of just paid the extra bucks and got it new smh..

Start my truck put it in reverse the camera comes on for a second then goes blank then comes back on. It takes forever to connect to my I-Pad then plays a few words stops then starts again.

Then when i try to forget it to set it back up it won't pair. I'm going to try to return it, its driving me crazy.
