Sound Alot better than sony deck, more treble in kenwood which is excellent, but sony has better touch screen not like kenwood capacitive, i prefer kenwood sound over sony, stay away from sony had a volume but stuck after one year!

This deck is worth every penny! You can check how it functions before you buy it. The functionality is almost perfect! The only inperfections will be someone's personal preference, the layout of controls and such.

This new radio was for my sons truck. Obviously this was a replacement for the original radio. When we first initially bought the radio they estimated installation to be roughly 3 weeks out. Best Buy Called and told us there was a cancellation. The guys were very quick and had the new radio installed within an hour. Very easy to work with

Nice display and sound, easy to use. Apple Car Play rocks. Very useful features like maps and phone book . Rear Camera seems too bright not enough contrast. Have to keep cloth nearby to wipe off prints from screen frequently.

nice radio just what i needed for my grandsons truck

This is an excellent system. User friendly. My only complaint is... I lost the ability to have my climate control screen. I was not told ahead of time that to incorporate the rear view camera feature. I'd lose the climate control screen. The system itself is great!!

Have had this deck for just over a month and is FANTASTIC! Definitely worth the money. Buying backup camera soon. Will update when I do. You wont be disappointed in this. Takes a little time to get use to the functions but easy to figure out.

I bought everything to upgrade my in-car listening, talking, and driving experience to today's standard. I'll have music streaming, hands-free talking, and Google Maps all via Android Auto. My wife can use it for Apple Car Play, because she's one of those. I'll even have a rear-view back-up camera that my older car was lacking. Although Best Buy didn't have everything on the shelf, they ordered for me with only a week's delay. The REAL delay was waiting for installation, that was scheduled for a time during our COVID-19 Stay-At-Home Order. That wasn't Best Buy's fault. The bottom line is I have no way to rate the equipment, as it's not installed. I don't know when it will be. Again, not Best Buy's fault. Everything is still in the box, waiting in the trunk of my car.

I would have left 5 stars. However this device will not connect to my hands free buttons on my steering wheel. Make sure it is compatible with your vehicle (all that are listed, may not work like mine).

So far it's working well. I had to get the steering wheel control parts. There seems to be an issue with the telephone control on the steering. Due to the COVID -19 pandemic the store is closed. So I can't have it checked. But so far so good. I'm happy about my choice.

Has great features. I dont know why after week and half. Loss functions to adjust sound on 3 apps. They turn grey. I talk to kennwood. They walk me through how to reset it. Working great now. My daughter will enjoy it.

it does the job, it plays music through bluetooth and you are able to receive calls. The user interface is ugly, it's like using an old android phone.

I really like this product. It was recommended by a friend for me to purchase it and buy it at Best Buy. Best Buy employees are exceptional courteous, timely and safe and wearing masks. They also assisted in my set up of the new Wi-Fi stereo system. Great price.

A lot easier to operate than my old radio. Too many little buttons that I couldn't see and too many menus to scroll through. The only problem is that there is no self contained GPS and I have to use my phone to do that.
