Well, one of the most important part WAS MISSING, the microphone. So, I have a radio with Bluetooth, however, I can not have a conversation because the microphone was missing from the box. Other than that, everything else is ok. I would not recommend purchasing an open box on electronics.

Most excellent stereo

Great radio, terrible installation

Graphics are some of the best you’re going to find. The menu takes a bit of a learning curve, but you’ll get it in no time. The Apple CarPlay integration is great and takes full advantage of the unit’s graphics. That being said, the Best Buy installation was done so poorly I had to go to another installer to fix it. Thankfully, they redid the install without shaming too much for not coming to them to begin with. Looks and works perfectly now. So, to wrap up, the unit is great and I would highly recommend it (I would have given just the unit 5 stars). Just have it installed by someone that knows what they’re doing.
