Everything is great but I wish it had a remote or turn knob for the volume. The two buttons on the lower right are the only wat to adjust volume.

Overall, I really dislike any aftermarket "radios," but this unit is just so user friendly and convenient. I had to move on from my factory radio in a 97 chevy and the factory look of the OE radio to use this thing but its definitely worth the convenience.

The installer was super nice, I just not happy that it was a flush fit and my charger no longer works. :/

Excellent factory replacement. Originally bought another brand and had issues so returned and went with this one. So glad we made the switch, this is a great unit.

I personally have had issues. I don't like not have a volume knob. But to.make it worse the put the A.I. Mic (siri/ok google/ bixiby). Right above the volume button so if you hit it alot and there is no way to disable it on the HU. Also I have an extremely bad grounding issue that I've tried every single way to,get rid of it besides accepting the fact that it's a. Defective HU

No wireless CarPlay, otherwise not a bad option. It does the job.

I paid close to $1,000 for a car stereo with free installation, my fan, heated seats, defrost selection didn’t work and several speakers weren’t hooked up. Be careful and check everything prior to departure from the installation bay. Then I noticed a roll of electrical tape underneath my pedals rolling around. Poor at best. Certainly not Best Buy, try Worst Buy. Yes please reach out to me Best Buy and my second install of this stereo in my car can be verified as I took it to another Best Buy and I also returned the tape that was left behind.

One of the best head units i have installed. So many different fucntions and abilities. And having the access to add front and back cameras is really nice.

Terrible, and i mean absolutely terrible head unit. From day one I have had nothing but a bad experience with this. I have had countless Kenwood head units over the last 30 years, and this one is nothing less than frustrating. Where do I start? Well, the interface isn't great. But the software is trash. Ive got options that show up that are disabled. At random. And at other times, the volume is blaring at max settings. Oh, lets not forget it will randomly reboot while driving to factory settings. Ive update the software and no change. Not recommended. Buy a competitor. Kenwood should do better.

I'm sure this is a fine unit for someone with better eyesight than I have. I found it difficult to gaze at while I was driving. I need to be able to glance not to gaze.
