    The unit performs great. I am totally disappointed when I had to go twice for installation and my backup camera does not work. I was assured that my factory camera would work with this unit.when I purchased it. I would hope as a good Best Buy customer that you would try to remedy this with a discounted camera and some relief on the installation charge
