I really like this deck and its features. For the price, it's difficult to beat. I've encountered no red flags.

Geek squad installed 7 days ago. Primary interest was better sound and Apple Play. Unfortunately, a new head end does not translate to better sound if your using poor quality OEM speakers built out of cardboard. Just installed a new pair today and they compliment the receiver. The audio options are a tad bit confusing. Way to many options out of the box. Don’t spend too much time fiddling if your going to replace or upgrade your speakers.

So I needed a SiriusXM receiver to replace my factory radio and I chose this one. It has great options like Apple CarPlay, SIRIUS, AM Fm, USB, etc but some of the features aren’t exactly intuitive. It made me wonder if I had spent a little more on a different unit would I be more satisfied

Purchased this one as a "New, Open Box", since there was no more of this model in stock anywhere. I have the same model that I installed in our 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee and love it, so I wanted the same for my commuter car, a 2003 Honda. The "New, Open Box" came without the microphone, so I had to order one from Kenwood. The unit works, but will not connect to my iPhone via Bluetooth. It only shows a Bluetooth profile for someone else's phone, so it was previously installed and returned, so not "New". The talk to text using Siri only worked once, immediately after setting the unit up. I used it to send a text message to my wife's phone, "Test". It worked as it should and announce and read back her reply. When I attempted to send another message to her, Siri responds with "What would you like to say?" twice, then times out or responds with "Hmmm, something went wrong." I don't have these issues with the unit in my Jeep, so it isn't a phone issue. I have made sure my phone is running the latest update and is connected via the USB port with a Apple brand lightning cord.

Excellent deck, awesome sound, tons of extras. Awesome for the price worth every penny.

Easy install in my 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Kenwood works great with Apple Car Play or Android Auto.

I love this radio still trying to figure out how to use the mirroring function. Other than that the radio is solid
