The sound quality is good for the price and the unit itself is very functional. The only reason I did not give it a 5 start rating is because sometimes the unit won't respond to verbal commands when in carplay mode.

Not a capacitive touchscreen.

The install was simple and the user interface was nice. However, the screen is resistive which I did not like. I prefer a capacitive touch screen. Ultimately, I returned this unit and purchased a pioneer capacitive touchscreen.

Decent but BB has incorrect description

Best Buy description has stated this equipment has 2 USB outputs which is incorrect. Description also states it has DVD capability, which is incorrect. Wasn't too happy about it as I assumed all good and gave it to installer to install. Found out about it later! Wasn't inclined to uninstall and return. I doubt Best Buy reviews too as some reviews state DVD is present (most likely for a different model). Playback is alright and mic quality appears to be alright too.
