Probably the best head unit I have purchased at this price point.

Installation took a long time. Needed parts that i was told were not needed when i ordered. Only 1 person working install area so he was constantly distracted to answer phone or let people in and out so it took forever to install and then got no overview on how to use it.

Great display and sound. Exactly what I was looking for.

I bought this and the first time it was working good. After a few months, the connection to my phone via USB cable is on and off. It keeps saying Android phone not compatible with the stereo. I haven't changed the phone. So I am little disappointed.

Could of used some help putting it in the Tahoe z71 2004

Sometimes doesn't read android phone and volume is the same at 50% as it is turned all the way up at 100%. Screen cast doesn't work at all just a waste of money

I love the radio itself. However, the main reason I got it was for Android Auto. It always goes out. I have to unplug my phone and replug it, sometimes several times when I have maps on. I changed the cord and it still glitches out.

The quality is great, nice screen responsiveness and adjustable dim. The problem is that most of the features are locked and I can’t seem to find out why. Great radio for looks but I want the in-depth version of it.

The tuning was nice, it did not go as loud as my pioneer avh-601 .. And pandora did not have bookmarks like my pioneer did. Mine was defective so I returned it.

I'm really happy with the radio purchase. Its a great deck, fast interface and Apple CarPlay works perfect! I'm disappointed in Best Buy's process of labeling this as an open box in excellent condition. It was missing screws to connect the mounting bracket (I had to go to multiple hardware stores to find a similar size) and many of the wires were cut off short from being previously installed. This unit was not per their excellent condition description.

The screen is terrible. Very difficult to see at different sun angles, I have tinted windows and still very difficult to see during the day due to the resistive screen which I had no idea what it was. The device is great but if you can't see the screen is really no use during the day. Very disappointing to pay this much money to get a very cheap screen on this model. You have to upgrade to a Kenwood XR model which is now about $400 more to get a capacitive screen. Best Buy does not even carry the XR models, so you be stuck with this. Not worth the money, get another brand with capacitive screen.
