The item works well, however it lacks a cool interface. The icons seem so old school and boring. The buttons for volume, channel, etc are small and the font is really hard to read.

Required basic stereo installation knowledge. Highly recommend reading the manual. Would suggest that the manual have more detailed info on the optional features. Overall satisfied with purchase.

I really liked the smooth interface while using it in the store and my vehicle but the main reason I purchased was for the Carplay option. Once connected to my Iphone 8 it would play for 15-30 min then disconnect eliminating my map and music being used. Assumed this was a glitch with that radio in particular so i swapped it out for the same model now this one is doing the exact same thing. I'll have to return this 2nd one and get a different brand now.

Can’t scroll down on Spotify. Has had random shut offs. Bit pricey but I’m. Not using all of the io options

Has a stereo installed in my car gets the job done accomplished 90% of what I needed. Not happy with the Bluetooth part does not connect to the phone had to run secondary wire.

I like this stereo when it works with Android Auto. The problem is it keeps dropping the usb connection. It is very sporadic. The connection might last 3 hours or 2 minutes. When using the gps this can be very frustrating. It has a 1yr warranty so Bestbuy is repairing it which is why it gets 2 stars instead of one. Many car stereos only have 90 days.

After only about eight months, the radio has gone out. All other sources work; but, there is not signal and no sound from AM/FM radio. I've verified antenna connections, and reset it; but, it still doesn't go. I've contacted Kenwood support and have received no response. Aside from this issue, I'd argue that the screen resolution and responsiveness is less than I would expect from such a higher end receiver.

There is only one USB port, so that means if your using Android Auto, that is all your going to be using for inputs

best price for the value of what you get. If you got an old car that needs a new hookup this is the piece to get.

Had to replace the first one because of a bad USB connection. Second one seems to be holding up well so far. Hoping that doesn't change!

Starts acting weird glitching after awhile its either the best buy installer or the KENWOOD product but not worth how much i paid

Product is OK. Has some connection issues with Bluetooth. Nice for older vehicle if you want GPS put on the screen

Best Buy has been great (service department) at helping me learn how to use these cameras and new stero, my suggestion is to read the book.

There were no displays of this in store. When i had the sales asssociates help me look it up on line. My main thing i wanted, was to be able to access google maps and have them display on screen. I was assured that it would. It doesn't. It does give drive instructions on speakers. The touch screen is hard to work, having to touch a few times to get what you want

Don’t buy... wireless mirroring will not work. Many others also have issues and KENWOOD never updated the app.

This radio works well, only thing i did not like is that is not wireless apple or android but everything else is great

It’s still in box haven’t put it in yet . My app was cancelled paying on it and it’s not in my car yet

Android auto Bluetooth connection screen mirroring this head unit does none of those things or makes it very difficult to do these things I highly suggest not buying this $600 unit that can't do much and save your money and find a better brand I will never buy another kenwood

Works well. I wouldn't buy again due to other options.
