It’s ok. I’m not sure as of yet to use it. It disconnects from my phone a lot. I have to read the manual

Vert disappointed in this Radio. Had issues with the installation to begin with, then the Apple Play feature just decided to start going on and off. Will be making an appointment to have the installation checked again to see if it is a wiring issue or if the Radio is defective. I'm hoping that Best Buy will make good on this!

We had purchased an auto touch screen radio, back up camera combination. The sales person checked with the installers to make sure that it could be done. Installation said it would not be a problem, my husband went in and spoke to them two other times they said to hold the appointment it’s not a problem. We get there to have it installed and the installer said they couldn’t do it after waiting a month to have it installed. They have hired all new installers that they aren’t experienced yet. The salesperson said he had worked there 5 yrs and it’s been installed with no problem! The manager at the time was called into the mix, which was just as clueless. It turned into much frustration. We returned all parts and will NEVER go back! We have since had it installed at a local business with no problems. We also had sensors installed in a very professional way!

Not sure if it was the product or installer but it would just not work right.

Technition did not provide any instruction immediately after the installation was complete.

Looked more old fashioned than I thought it would. But it works well.

Works great. Can't get the rear view camera working in my standard transmissio.

It has a good screen the buttons are firm to reinsure no slip presses. Most of the considered feature that is on the radio has to be connected through usb. The only wireless feature is Bluetooth for music apps which is controlled off your phone. So it is similar to using a aux cord.

I've enjoyed the radio since March, however, today the screen quit working and is only black with some back lighting. There is no video or display. Now I am right back where I started when I purchased this 7 months ago.

I purchased this head unit over a year ago. If I turned my music up, the head unit would shut off. It did this every time. I had to turn the crossovers to -5 in the front and rear speakers, to not have the head unit shut off. After a few months of having the head unit in my truck, the front RCA input would only play music out of the passenger side of my truck. I finally got rid of the head unit and replaced it with the Pioneer AVH-2550NEX. The Pioneer head unit is above and beyond Kenwood. The quality of my music was an immediate 180. A sound that I could not get out of the Kenwood, even after messing with the EQ. If you do not want to purchase another head unit after a few months, go with Pioneer, and save yourself the headache.

I've had this radio for over a year and can count on 1 hand how many times android auto has worked longer than a couple hours without any issues. I've tried uninstalling the app and re-installing. I have a samung galaxy note 10. My phone is completely up to date. I've tried every USB known to man. Nothing works. The past 3 days have been the best it works, and even then if I barely bump the cord it shuts down again. This was the worst purchase I've ever made. I wish I would have known I could buy the Honda radio as an aftermarket and I would have gotten that instead. If you want to actually use the android auto on this radio, this isn't the radio to buy.

For as much as this unit costs, there are some deficiencies that need to be addressed. Screen size is not worth it. I had gone to a few audio stores in order to research prices, quality, etc and purchased a slightly used 9 inch display ( at)

Purchased this twice. Best Buy took the first one back, as I purchased extended protection. But the volume buttons has malfunction on both of them. I have since purchased one with a knob instead of the push buttons and it works fine.

1. This camera will display the video from the rearview camera as is - it will not flip it horizontally to imitate a rearview mirror. It is very disorienting and dangerous to use it like this. There is no setting to adjust it. The only solution is to make sure to buy a camera that will output a mirrored image. 2. Almost all cameras on the market output in 4:3 aspect ratio - this head unit will stretch it and display as 16:9 - and there is no option to adjust it. Very disappointed in Kenwood brand. Especially since this is one of their more expensive models.

Waited 2 months for a geek squad installation. Spent the last 3 hours trying to get Android auto working. Let's add I use rental cars frequently for business and never had such problems connecting my phone. Used alternate cables, reset BT connection, tried wife's phone (which connects via Android auto to her car no issues) nothing works. My phone mount will no longer work (it utilised a factory screw that will no longer fit it) so now I have no navigation either. Really unhappy with BestBuy right now. Next step was to get amp/speakers to lift the audio game but never going back.

Horrible product. Unless you are an extroverted geek, or have a phd in electronics, this product is not user friendly. The instructions might as well be in ancient Greek. I'm told to go on You Tube and all that is there are comparisons. No instructions. I bought this product to simplify my life, instead, it complicated it more. I am definitely not a camper. That's worse is that I could not have it installed till 2 months after the purchase date and the return date was one month later. So I cannot even return it.

was talked into getting this unit by the geek squad guy but not recommended doesn't keep correct time, have to unplug phone from USB cord to use voice calls on phone for the in car mircophone.

I bought this deck a.month ago, Lady at the store gave me all the wrong info on this device!!! I specifically said I wanted screen mirroring and she said this one could do it, IT DOES NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY!!! I didn't know I only had 15 days to return it, I had it installed a wk after I purchased it and after days of going thru everything and contacting kenwood they told me this one would not be able to do it!!! Waste of time and money!!! Now I have this radio in my ride and I'm not happy with it!!!
