I bought this receiver to replace the OEM in my motorhome. It comes with everything I was wanting; Bluetooth, Apple Play, and no disc player. It cost way less than what I was expecting to pay and easy to use. Sounds great especially after setting the built-in equalizer to match the type of music I listen to. The equalizer has multi memory settings to easily switch between depending on what type of music your listening at the time. I would definitely recommend this receiver.

I had this unit installed in my 2012 Jeep Liberty and it works great! To use Android Auto you need the app and have to use the USB plug in. A good data transfer cord is necessary. I had one cord that didn't work, but a second one did. Android Auto won't show up on the screen until it links with the phone. The sound is great and, it's easy to use once you refer to the owners manual a couple times. Plus it's a serious upgrade from the stock stereo.

I absolutely love this radio! Perfect for Android or iPhone users. Sound quality is amazing and the functionality is great. There are so many options with using this product. Using Google Maps on this radio is seemless and makes it very easy to follow driving directions. I also love how I can control the volume or even mute the talk back feature for the directions. I also love it because even while using it the phone is still fully functional as well.

Wireless Android Auto/Car Play is worth every penny. I had the same exact radio(Minus Wireless features) Installed by bestbuy 3 years ago. I purchased this solely for the wireless upgrade and was able to simply swap it out myself since best buy had already done all the wiring.

First one out of the box would not work. Had to return and order another. Had to wait for another appointment for installation 2 weeks. Biggest complaint is that sometimes the glare makes the screen hard to see. Not too big a deal until you are using it for directions in a large city.. Still, Great sound and I am totally happy with this radio. Would recommend to my friends.

I’ve always wanted a car stereo that had CarPlay. I live 100% in the Apple environment, like an adult, but all the stereos with CarPlay were always too expensive. Till I saw this beauty sitting in the cage with an Open Box sticker on it. I saved some serious cash on it. It works perfect, looks great, sounds excellent, and fills the void in my soul that only a major retail purchase can fill.

This replaces a 17 year old oem 6cd OEM radio. Worlds better and actually brings the car up to date with most current features. Sounds good with the built in amps. Sounds REAL good with a high end serparate amp. Of course you need to update your speakers. The equalizer is very effective. Android auto works without a glitch. SiriusXM integrates nicely and sounds very good. Took a couple of hours to wire the Metra harness and install myself.

I've had this radio for a month now. Apple CarPlay works great with an iPhone 11, 11po, and Xs Max. Touch screen is responsive and seldom to I have to touch a tab more than once. Setup is easy to go through and took very little time. Settings, well there are a bunch of them but the manual explains most of them. I do wish it had HD Radio but the channels always come in clear. I would reccomend this radio for anyone.

Finally decided to upgrade the radio in my 2007 Hummer H2. Love all the features, especially the Apple CarPlay. Looks like it was meant to be installed in my Hummer. Sounds great. CarPlay lets me listen to my library of songs, Apple Music, It speaks my text message and lets me respond with my voice. Navigation on screen is great and there are a ton of customizable features. KENWOOD has never let me down.

This changed my life! I finally caught up to the 20th century & hired the best buy squad to install this quality system. Amazing how it sounds in my Denali. Still using 2005 factiry speakers. I have an iphone 13pro & works great. I wish j fudnt have to plug it in to use apple play, but based on the quality, I’m fine with the plug. I woukd recommend!

Decent head unit. Wished it had a physical knob for the volume up/down (it has 2 separate buttons which is ok). 2 main issues for this head unit. 1) Head unit will randomly restart itself after about 45mins of run time. 2) GPS addon was not purchased so not installed. Head unit locked out a few features due to this GPS lock though I was able to resolve this issue with a firmware update.

If you're and audiophile then this radio is perfect for you. It will let you tune your system in more ways then most people should. Kenwood has always been one of my favorite brands and still is. This thing is beautiful, easy to use and feature packed. However, it is possible to make too many adjustments and make it sound like garbage. Luckily, you can easily reset the sound to default and you're good again!

My wife wanted this kind of system for her 2012 Honda Civic. Yes it is pricey as well the additional parts you need to order prior to install. Believe the total with labor cane out to around $1100-1200, but she has been very happy with the system and how it had wireless connection to her iPhone.

Android Auto is the best thing that ever happened to car receivers. Google maps rocks. I get to use doubletwist for playing music from my phone. The voice command functions well. There were cheaper receivers but Kenwood is a great company. We had it installed at Best Buy. We added the Sirius XM unit and steering wheel controls. It sounds great. It looks great. We are very pleased.

Lots of features. Easy to install works great. Apple CarPlay is the reason I got it.

Excellent purchase for the price... I wasn’t looking for something to blow out my eardrums, and it proved itself a good purchase when one of the kids was rattled at a gas station and called using the hands-free phone, and talked all the way home. The Apple Car Play is a great option, and already has me hooked. It looks good with the lcds lighting up, and the screens have an intuitive layout. I would recommend this to anyone upgrading from a factory unit!

Love, love, love this stereo! I'm so pleased with its user-friendly layout - it's amazing. The CarPlay is incredible - who needs navigation anymore when you can use Google maps? It's incredible and the installer at Best Buy had my car out of there in 35 minutes. No lie.
