This is a very good radio. We are very happy with the sound and the user interface.

We bought this for our son’s vehicle and it was well worth the money spent. Aside from listening to music from his phone, it has options for hands free calling, back up camera option, and maps for navigation (from Google maps on his phone). The sound quality improved greatly without changing the factory speakers. Very easy to run and figure out. Great purchase.

I am so pleased with my purchase of a second Kenwood deck. Easy to install and program, I will probably install one all of my vehicles. Wireless Android Auto couldn't come soon enough to aftermarket audio entertainment. As always, BestBuy has all of the needed installation accouterments. You want a great product, pick Kenwood.

Great product. The only issue I have which is preference is when it’s using the pandora app, you can’t add new stations from the receiver as there’s no search option. However, you can add a station based off the artist or genre that’s currently playing. Other than that the sound is great, easy to use, can change the colors and display if desired.

This is by far the best radio I have owned... the streaming is nice the mirroring is even better... this is the best way to go. THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS

Even during Covid, BestBuy came through with top notch service and a high quality install! The Kenwood unit is a perfect upgrade for wireless Apple CarPlay, and it’s super easy to use. Added a rear backup camera, and it works like a factory install. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this unit, and BestBuy installation is a no-brainer!

Purchased this unit for my 2010 Honda Element. WOW what a difference in sound! I will still be upgrading my speakers soon too. I love the Apple CarPlay and all the other features too. Purchased the harness adapter and fits and works perfectly. Easy as 1,2,3. Bought the extended warranty just in case because you never know!

I've had a couple different aftermarket devices. This one is by far the best especially with Android auto, it also has Apple carplay.

For the price this Kenwood can't be beat. Having connections for front AND rear cameras is a solid bonus. It sounds great and is very responsive. The screen is crisp and bright. I also love the physical button to quickly get to your Apple Carplay or Android Auto interfaces.

...I keep having to plug and unplug the USB to get the phone to work! That may be a problem with the Maestro interface (and I have spoken with other Mustang owners that have not suffered this insufferable problem!) but I know it is not the phone as it works just fine with my Dodge Ram. I cannot call and it refuses to read text messages which does not happen with my Android Auto capable OEM radio in my Ram. It is very frustrating. But otherwise, the unit is excellent! If anyone else has this problem and knows what the heck is going on, I hope to read it here. I am getting ready to return the unit and upgrade to a more expensive model just to get this problem to go away! This phone problem is the ONLY reason I cannot recommend an otherwise great product. Maybe if I upgrade to a more expensive unit I will be able to use it as it is intended?! I like Kenwood but this radio is driving me nutso, LOL!

I upgraded to this deck from my 8yr old Alpine INE-Z928HD and it is good. The interface is super easy and user friendly. The sound controls are amazing, as well as the sound. I have been having issues with Google maps when using through Android Auto. This could possibly be due to poor cellular signal, so I'm trying to isolate the problem in order to find out. Also, the Google voice is kinda weird because it doesn't pause whatever media is playing when it listening to you so it doesn't copy what you say accurately. I don't know if this is because of something else; maybe a setting or issue with installation. I had it installed by Best Buy so I will be taking it in to get these things figured out. All in all, I am pleased with this deck.

Was worried with the multiple devices that the functionality would not be as good as a factory installed system. Could not be more pleased. The install process and overall functionality with the back-up camera are OUTSTANDING. Cheaper than having a dealership install a factory system and better quality.

This stereo is absolutely off the chain!!!! It’s made my Yukon sound just ridiculously loud and clear. This is a great stereo and I’m glad I bought it compared to the junk I was going to buy. You pay for what you get and this was definitely worth the price.

I have a 2012 Jetta, which still runs great and have no desire to replace anytime. I mean, who likes a car payment. I have wanted a car play and a more "tech" interface for awhile. This Kenwood went on sale and I got 12-months no financing so I pulled the trigger. I have had the unit for about 24 hours and absolutely love it. The screen is responsive, the colors bright. I was impressed how much better my stereos sound. Geek Squad did a great job installing. It looks professional and I am happy with how they placed the USB cable and Bluetooth microphone. Only two complaints (not enough to lower my score). They did not have the tuner for satellite radio, so we had to order that for install (not charging labor though) and the screen can wash out during sunny days.

This is a great little device, however, it is very hard to figure out customization aspects and I still after reading the entire manual can’t figure out how in the world apple car play would work. The Bluetooth works, the microphone is decent. If you aren’t super worried about money, I might go with a more expensive one. I just wanted Bluetooth capability and it does that. Can’t watch videos on it, doesn’t show album art, and the buttons are quite small along the bottom. Sometimes the Bluetooth audio cuts out but it could be my phone so. I don’t know, it’s not the best, not the worst.

Alvin was a key component in getting what I wanted. His knowledge of stereo systems was true and accurate in matching my wants, needs and pricing so that i now am able to enjoy my sound system in my vehicle while i drive the many miles i am required by my work. Great service.
