The equalizer on this deck is prime! Clarity of screen is great. Sound quality is awesome. I wish it had the 5v preout but still has great response time. The andriod auto works flawless which was a huge bonus for me.

I just purchased this head unit a couple of days ago, I have the speakers running off a 4 channel kenwood amp..So I cant speak on the power from the unit itself. But I can speak on the features and how it fit so easily in the dash of my Hyundai Elantra because of the short chassis ...The unit is very easy to figure out, the only down side is the manual sucks. To get the full manual you have to go on the website(not a big deal),I was going get a pioneer like i always do, not regrets going with kenwood on this one...

Car play and apple app suffice, but id suggest springing for the nav series if you want gps.

Everything I needed in a head unit!!! I just had this installed at the Highland, In location by Jeremy and this model is perfect for my daily needs. I have a iPhone XSMax and CarPlay works flawlessly everything came right through the radio, including my navigation on my recent trip to Wisconsin Dells. I’ll be having the back camera added to the unit next and likely a front camera as well.

Radio sounds fantastic! Apple car play connects easily and works as it should. We like the color and screen design options this radio offers and the reason we went with this one vs others. Very pleased with this purchase.

Having the wireless Car Play was key for me and why I decided on this model. Having recently gotten an older vehicle, this worked quite well with the stock speakers. The screen graphics are a bit dated but not a big deal.

I love this Kenwood system. Originally I purchased a Pioneer radio but it did not work with Android at all. I had it replace with this Kenwood and it works flawlessly with Android. All of my steering wheel controls work and the voice commands are nice and clear. You do not have to repeat yourself, it understands the first time. Having android play is a big plus because it adds a lot of features like navigation. The screen is nice and clear and easy to see. Now my husband wants one.

Apple car play has changed my life! Now it’s a must have in any vehicle I own. It’s so easy to use and connects to well between phone and car. It has made driving my car so much more exciting!

Had the same stereo installed in my truck - perfect handsfree use

I've always used kenwood radios and this one doesn't disappoint. Android auto is amazing. I didnt have to pay a ton for a radio that has GPS because it has android auto! Great radio

Excellent purchase. I LOVE my new head unit. Easy to use and perfect for everyday use for iPhone users. The Apple CarPlay feature is the best. I enjoy every minute of being in my car with this radio.

This may be a mid-range Kenwood head unit but it has top-of-the-line features and great sound. I definitely wanted Apple CarPlay and could care less about a CD/DVD player in my car.

great head unit. easy to setup and control. quality sound. NOTE: USB thumb drive must be NTFS format to play music. Did not read FAT32 format thumb drive with mp3 files/folders.

If you don’t use cd’s. Get this apple CarPlay stereo. Easy to use. I’m happy with the install. I have a 2007 tundra. Looks great in my truck.

I'm giving this unit five stars because it sounds great and does everything i wanted including wireless android auto. I only have one complaint.....the screen is not HD.

We are really happy with this receiver so far. Connects to the phone well and does everything it says it does. It is easy to use and the sound comes out great. Highly recommend this receiver.
