Great radio! Worked out great for my motorcycle!!!

Got the radio installed was working great, then it hit a point where my phone would connect but no audio, so i removed my phone from the Bluetooth and readded it. Still did the same thing so now whenever I want to listen to music off my phone most the time I have to power the radio down usually twice before it will actually play music off my phone. My phone says its connected and so does the radio but no audio comes out. Usually after i fully restart radio i have to flip from BT all through the other sources back to BT to get it to play music. First time trying Kenwood and probably my last. I get better result from cheaper brands and never had one do this to me.

Installed this unit as a replacement of the factory radio out of my 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Once it was installed and powered on I got the dreaded "Miswiring" message. I checked all the wiring, found no issue with the connections. I took the unit to two professional installers to look at my connections and both said that they looked good. One of the installers said Kenwood has numerous issues with "Miswiring" messages, but he found the head unit to be the problem. Unfortunately Best Buy would not take this unit back for a refund or exchange because it was outside their exessively short returns window of 15 days. They then tried to upsell (for $50) me on their "membership" so I could extend the window of returns. They ultimately told me to go through the warranty tha tthe manufacturer (Kenwood) offers. Needless to say, this is poor customer service and a completely unreasonable return window. Won't be buying from Best Buy any longer. Crutchfield here I come.

I was looking to replace my cd player in my car because it wouldn’t work. Reason for the 1 star, I was sold a radio without a CD. Not what I wanted.so I had to return it and get the correct one. Conner was a great help. Andy did a great job installing it.

Gave as a gift not sure of operation but good buy.

Overall nice radio and lots of neat settings but once linked with Amazon Alexa it is the most frustrating device known to mankind. She will then interrupt every song you try to listen to even while on a USB source or radio. I love the idea of hands-free and Alexa integration but this setup here is a big turn-off at its current state in this device.

i bought two of these radio and they worked for one day then went off never came back on and now i cannot return them so i am out this money. not very happy

Bought this for my daughters truck and she absolutely loves it.

The Good: sound quality, power output, pre-outs, plenty of options and adjustments, smaller than a CD equipped radio so there is more space in the dash for wires. The Bad: - This receiver can't pick up HD radio which should be a standard feature in 2024. - Tiny buttons and multiple menus make it difficult to make quick adjustments. You really need to be at a stop to change the balance, fade, or EQ. The Ugly: Best Buy labeled it as an open box item in excellent condition, but half the parts were missing. Shipping took twice as long as projected.

Good bluetooth radio at a good price. The sound is great. Bluetooth is clear on both ends.
