Great stereo, but Alexa is not

Not connecting properly and randomly entering "listening" mode with the slightest bump or whisper. Would recommended still if you have a stable car

Great Value, Great Installation

This is a great option. The price was great, and it works really well. Great value. The best part was the Best Buy installer. She was fantastic.

It only looks in the root folder. If you have a 32 GB drive, you have to have all the songs in the root folder, because it does not see or recognize subfolders. Even my 2013 Toyota Camry's stock system did that, and that was ten years ago! Kenwood said they didn't do it, and there were no plans to change it. If you don't need USB, or don't mind all your songs being in the same directory, this is a pretty good buy.
