No rating possible. I purchased this near the 1st of December, but the mounting kit was not available until this last week; out of stock at Best Buy. When I tried to schedule an app't. to install the radio, nothing is available until Jan. 24th.

Had stereo installed in South county Best Buy. After installation radio was defective. Had to go back and get different one. Installer cracked a portion of my dash board. Said will take care of it. Overall satisfied.

I was so disappointed in my last dealing with the store!!! So disappointed!!!!!!! After purchasing my radio it was mailed sooner than expected so I called the store to see if I could reschedule install. I did not call a 1-800 number I look up my local store and called the local phone number. There was no warning of this nonsense while I was on hold. But after being on hold for a while I hung up to try another extension of the store. After trying every extinction available on the automated phone system. I was on hold for a total of two and one half hours. That is 2 1/2 hours on hold. Finally I got an answering service in some other state that informed me that I had just waisted my time because nobody was ever going to answer at the store no matter what extinction I used because the phones were set up that way. To never let you talk to someone at the store!! This is nonsense. So I gave them my info but the couldn’t find my scheduled install in the computer. This is exactly why I took the time to call my local store so that I could talk to someone that knows what is happening locally!! During this process I also got online to a chat trying to get help and even after nearly begging they refused to put me threw to the local store!!!! If you as a company refuse to let me speak to my local store about my local issues than I’m done. Me my family and anyone else I can tell about this nonsense will not support you!!!!! You as a company can do so much better than this!!!! But you refuse!!!! I will support a local store that does business locally. Or I will just order online and it won’t be from you guys. Y’all are losing touch with what a brick and mortar store is supposed to be!!!!!!!!
