every time i hit a bump the radio cuts off. i will be back so they can fix it.

Just like its predecessor, it skips to different sources on its own requiring me to adjust while driving.

The product was excellent the installation was terrible I end up pay more money to have my radio connected because they didn't connect it right it wouldn't come on so I had to pay someone else to hook it up right never would I ever buy another radio to have it installed at Best Buy

bought it a month ago waited 2 weeks to get it installed then best buy canceled will never do business here again

I think the radio reception is a bit week, and complicated to operate

I wanted this to better see controls. Install genie said it fit. The people in the work area said I had to go with smaller unit. I verified this would have fit. I was told some minor cutting would be required. Not hard, just minor saws all to open an area. They wouldn’t budge.

It’s crap cuts out tired ended up buying a boss for way cheaper works great sound great I would purchase another Ken wood I should of read the reviews. I tried returning it to Best Buy but it was pass there time frame now have to send it to Kenwood I would purchase this unit!!

Had installed in a 2006 ford mustang gt that had the factory shaker 500 radio in it. Replaced so we could listen to pandora thru the phone as we couldn't with the factory radio. Poor quality sound compared to the factory radio.

I would rate this product higher if it had a on and off button.

Very basic,.. no frills, no thrills, just a radio.

Took an hour to find all equipment. I ran late for work because it took 5 hrs to complete installment. Now my passenger door does not open from the inside after the door speakers were installed. Total disaster.

The one we received was a dud would smoke everytime we hooked it up! Wiring was done right and everything. Would blow the fuse and then just keep smoking.

Never did get the stereo. Would have taken 3 weeks to get it. Then I had to go back and ask for the rest of my refund. They only gave me half of what I paid. Not happy with best buy.

Nowhere to get installed,I bought radio thinking it would be installed.THIS IS RIDICULOUS

What genius let someone return a radio and keep all the wires, antennas, the microphone and all the manuals and paperwork? At the time of purchase there were no new radios for sale, so I settled on an open box. What I wasn’t expecting was a box with JUST a radio and bubble wrap. That’s actual BS. We spent more money than a brand new radio costs getting all the wires and the plastic housing delivered, when it could’ve been provided in the return. Again, fire whoever allowed the original owner to return JUST the radio. You can’t expect the customer to run around finding wiring harnesses and ordering from Amazon. Maybe I’m wrong and these radios don’t come with any wires, or housings. But returning JUST the radio and putting it in an unmarked box is insanely scummy and shouldn’t be allowed. It even has a bunch of little surface scratches. So clearly it had been used. And somehow Best Buy accepted it back? The radio however, is very very nice. It looks awesome, there’s colors you can chose to make it look stock, and calls come in very clear. It’s all very very nice and audio sounds even better than I remembered the stock head unit being. I would highly recommend getting one. Fits and looks perfect in our 2010 F350.
