Great sound, easy install, but it's hard to search through songs and files on my USB stick while driving. Ui needs improvement but decent overall

Was easy to self install. Has all kinds of features that benefit all kinds of devices. And, with the right speakers, it sounds amazing!

The features on it are great! Many different media sources but hard to navigate! The lighting is difficult to see during the day!

Everything went perfectly, was no sales but I new I wanted Kenwood radio. Scheduled with geek squad but was sent to west Ashley location from north charleston. Install was 35 min and done perfectly

This has been installed in the cabin of my boat for over a year. Controls are great for setting the sound to your liking, and unit has held up great in a rough environment.

I wanted to upgrade from the factory deck in my 2007 Ford Fusion. I also wanted a new deck with the following features: Bluetooth Ipod/Android Ready Pandora Sirius XM Ready Detachable Face This unit was the only one that had all of the above, and was cheaper than many that offered fewer features. For $140, it was the right choice. The Geek Squad did a great job installing it for $65, plus the necessary mounting kit, wiring harness, and antenna adapter. The main negative is that is does not work with the steering wheel controls - there is another necessary adapter for that, but it does come with a remote control. Setting up the Bluetooth was easy and it works well. Unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase, the unit also comes with a small microphone which they installed on the dash. This allows for hands free calling and works decently (there are options to adjust and filter the background noise which I need to do). Once the Bluetooth is connected, the radio can see your contact list and you can also program up to six favorites for easy dialing through the unit. You can use the voice dialing feature on your phone to make virtually hands free calling. The unit sounds much better than the factory stereo as long as you adjust the audio settings to fit the music (or use one of the pre-set EQ modes for particular types of music). Make sure to read the instructions to do this. I find the buttons on the unit to be a little too small and difficult to find. If you have a CD playing, the unit also does not display the time. When the time is displayed, it is very small and difficult to see. Opening the unit to insert a CD or USB/Aux is also slightly difficult, but this is because of the dust covers that prevent dust from entering the unit. And finally, although the unit has a detachable face, it does not come with a case. All in all, if you're looking for an economical upgrade to a factory stereo, this is a good choice. Total price including tax, installation , and required accessories was $268. That was definitely a fair price for this unit and I am satisfied with the sound and features of the deck.

The handsfree option was great. My son and i completed a roadtrip to los angeles. It worked great. The installer did agreat job. The manager did an awesome jobaccomadating my schedule.

This works good. It is a mid tier quality. Def not high end but not cheap either. Only con is the Bluetooth microphone is poor. I like the subwoofer level control.

I really like this receiver. I have it in a Jeep Wranger and the screen is easy to say during the day and looks great at night too.

Replaced another Kenwood stereo that had been installed by BB. This one is pretty similar with new features. Easy to navigate. Glad I got it!

Best Buy installer was great. Unit installation was perfect. They installed this radio in our RV. Husband loves it, great recepition.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife's car and she really likes it. It replaced the old radio which was giving her problems.

after living without a radio in my car i purchased this with satellite, cd, etc. Great sound and nice to have music again
