Good quality radio and features. Not so good Bluetooth microphone quality. Uses an externally mounted mic that sounds hollow and sometimes difficult to understand clearly. My model's Mic is built-in & sounds much better. Installation costs extra (a lot) to have Geek Squad install/connect steering wheel control functions, even though specs say steering wheel compatible. You have to buy a dongle type unit and pay almost same cost as initial install cost. Had to do it so my family is safe using it while driving.
