Open box was not "Excellent"

Instead, this is about the condition of the Open Box buy. This open box purchase was marked as Excellent and just missing documentation. The Best Buy outer box had good padding, but the product box had no padding inside and the amp was flopping around the box. The amp was also scratched everywhere, as if heavily used, and smelled of electrical. I didn't even bother trying to and power it on. My guess is someone damaged it and returned it, but BB didn't do a very good job of making sure it was in "excellent" condition. Had to make a trip to the local BB to return it and buy a new unit of a different brand given the limited inventory they had on hand.

Don't get discounted Products
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this product because it was $100 off and it gave me problems. Could have been a returned product but stated as new or it could have simply come defective. Had problems with this product about a month after installing in my truck. Thought it was a wiring issue at first but then as I moved one of the outlets just a little the connection would come back. Couldn't return as the 30 days had passed already and since then it would cut in and out and eventually blew out one of my speakers and tweeters. Got it for a good price but not worth the hassle or the money it has cost me to replace the speaker and tweeter it blew out. Contacted the manufacture and they charge to examine and repair a faulty product!

Very poor customer service

They ended up suggesting I buy this one as it turned out to be the wrong one. When I tried to return it they gave me a attitude saying it was past the return date.
