Worked great for 3 months. Now it only has a black screen even though the buttons are lit up. I've tried reset button as well with no help

Returned this and purchased Sony from Best Buy. The Sony is wonderful.

Nothing on the dash wants to work most of the times and it keeps skipping thru songs without anyone touching it. Wish i can return it for new one

Its been a struggle. Over a month to get installed

Horrible design. Bluetooth doesn’t work and you see the unit well. Do not recommend product.

Didn’t never receive my package. Asked for it to be signed for in I guess it was just left at the door.

I’ve been meaning to make my 2012 Hyundai a little more “modern” but this is great quality compared to what I was expected it’s not a low end product like those you get on tremulous or Amazon. Only complaint would be all the other purchases that is needed to make it work even though it is included in the kit but Best Buy doesn’t want liability issues

This is my first smartheadunit so I'm going easy on the star rating with my critique. I also love it. It's way better than my old CD player in a lot of fun an interesting ways. The pre-amps light up my factory amp and provide about 20% more headroom than the last HU. I used to roll around listening to the volume at 30 out of 35 and now I'm living in a world of 26 out of 40 volume and it's LOUD! I also love CarPlay even though there are a few things I can't do on the HU that bother me and have me reaching for my phone and lying to it about my current status as a driver. I wish I could queue songs from spotify through CarPlay. I can swipe and scroll in other areas so it's a bummer I can't queue with a quick drag to the left on a song. I think that's spotify's problem and not Kenwood's, so still rocking all 5 stars there. It boots up really slow. I'm guessing that when i get the rearview cam installed I'm going to be out of the driveway before the unit finishes churning through its startup screen. It thankfully doesn't withhold music during that time, so it bothers me less, but there is something about waiting for a computer to get done doing something that is a little taxing in 2023 (and was taxing when this HU was released in 2020) I love watching DVDs on it. Tiny little screen compared to even our iPad, but the sound is orchestral and at night I don't mind the difference. I'll likely never watch a full movie, but this was a dream of mine back when I was a kid that woulda cost thousands of dollars (a seven inch touch screen DVD player where your radio goes?! get out!) I was glad to discover that this HU has bluetooth 4.something. It bothered me that so many HUs are still rocking bluetooth 3.0 and I just don't want to get tech that old into a radio I don't want to replace for another 10 years. I also bought through Best Buy open box and yet again I have no regrets. It didn't even look like I was the second person to use the box, but whatever. I'll take the discount anyway.

Great stereo, not to hard to figure out , have to get use to volume control , instead of tapping it so many times, be nice to slide it up and down when the control lines pops up on the screen.

Very cool radio, has great controls and has dvd playback

The radio is easy to navigate. It has really good features. I love the Bluetooth feature.

This is a great sound system. It's installed in a 2009 Smart Car and sounds better that the brand new radio in our 2023 Kia Soul. Definitely one you gotta think about when you are buying a new radio for your car.

Works very well as expected. Car play is nice and being able to play from a jump drive. I’d recommend it.

Android auto works amazing, clean, great working unit. Mirroring app needs serious help.
